Any City of Detroit senior who submits an application form  
  along with the required supporting materials:

- Regular admission to a four-year college or university to pursue a degree in any of the four fields (accounting, finance, management, or buisness).

- Acceptable evidence of community service.

- Financial need.

- A commitment to return to Detroit for a minimum of four years following graduation.

- A commitment to become a mentor to later Doss scholarship recipients.
